With
a global perspective of 17 authors from around the globe, Waiting for
Delivery surveys several of the tools and policies used for implementing
sustainable production and consumption, and examines specific sectors
and issues. The report, published for the World Summit on Sustainable
Development, closes with a proposal for a new civil society initiative
to monitor and assess progress towards sustainable production and consumption.
