Newsletters

Two of the main goals of the SPAC Watch project include calls to exchange information and knowledge about SPAC policies and trends, and to raise public awareness and engagement on SPAC. Keeping this in mind, the SPAC Watch team will come out with periodic newsletters on sustainable production and consumption titled "Getting the Goods". Getting the Goods serves as a vehicle for sharing civil society views on sustainable production and consumption (SPAC).

Getting the Goods, April 2005

Getting the Goods 2005 tracks trends in sustainable production and consumption from around the world. The contributors have provided perspectives from South Africa, Thailand, China, Germany, France, Mexico, Canada and the US, and tackle a range of issues from fair trade, to academic perspectives to law and policy making.

Getting the Goods, April 2004

The April 2004 edition highlights some of the key recent events regarding SPAC policy, provides policy perspectives from around the globe, and looks at how civil society can best affect change within the WSSD and CSD processes and beyond.
